How to buy

Buying is very simple. Just follow these steps:

3. With a simple click you will access the product page to see the product, the reference and the price.

4. If you like it, add the item to the basket by pressing the SELECT button. (In some items you must indicate the size)

7. If you want to process the order, register.

How soon will I get my order?

If you live in Mainland Spain, the delivery time is 3 working days, unless the order is made on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day the order is placed. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and rest of Europe the delivery time is approximately 10 days. For the rest of the world it is necessary to first agree on the shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are calculated on working days (Monday to Friday) and that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In addition, if the chosen form of payment is bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we have a bank confirmation of the transfer.

What is the process for deliveries?

We will send you an email confirmation of delivery (when your order leaves the store) with a tracking number (with link to the website of the courier company).

If on the date indicated you are not in the chosen address, the transport company will leave a message for you to contact them so they can proceed to a new delivery date.

If after 15 days you have not contacted the transport company, they will return the order to our offices.

From our offices we will contact you by phone to proceed with a new shipment. In this case, you must pay the new shipping costs, and we will send the order out again.

If it were the case that your order returned to our warehouses a second time, we would contact you to indicate that it would now be up to you to arrange pick up for your order. If after 30 days you have not arranged this, we would understand that you are not interested in the product anymore. In this case, you would lose your right to a refund.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipments to Mainland Spain, Ceuta and Melilla ( client will pay for local taxes and customs clearance in both these cases), and Balearic Islands by GLS or similar, 24-48 Hrs – 6 EUR + IVA.

Shipments to the Canary Islands by Paquete Azul 12 EUR (this amount is exclusive of customs expenses and corresponding Island tax, which will have to be paid by the customer).

Shipping to rest of Europe by GLS or similar 20 EUR + IVA.

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with part or all of your order, you have a period of 7 working days from the reception of your package to return the item (s) you wish.

If you send your package outside the established period, Moviljoya SC (hereafter referred to as “the company”) can reject the package and return it to the sender.

Your package should include:
