You have 15 days to fall in love with your jewels. If you change your mind during this period, and the product is in perfect conditions you can exchange or return it. Remember that earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept exchanges or returns of personalized products. If you have any questions about how the jewel with your name will look, do not hesitate to contact us.

We offer the following options:

  • Exchange it for another product of the same amount.
  • Exchange it for another product of greater amount and pay the difference.
  • Exchange it for a cheaper product and we will refund the difference with a voucher without an expiration date.
  • Request the return and receive the total amount of the product in a voucher format without an expiration date. Remember that the voucher will never include the shipping costs.

In any case, the products that will be exchanged or returned must be in pristine conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. MOMENTS JEWELLERY reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to MOMENTS JEWELLERY  in perfect conditions. If you have trouble finding a suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

  • Returns and exchanges will be done in the same address of your first shipment.
  • The exchange costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of 7.99€.
  • The return costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of 4€.
  • Earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • In case of return, a voucher will be generated with the amount of the returned items that can be exchanged on our website without expiration date, no economic refund will be made.
  • When you want to make a return on an order with promotion or discount, the voucher will be subjected to the promotion or discount amount

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • Returns and exchanges will be done in the same address of your first shipment.
  • The exchange costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of 9€, round trip (Correos National Postal Service).
  • The return costs will be borne by the customer at a cost of 4€, round trip (Correos National Postal Service).
  • Earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • In case of return, a voucher will be generated with the amount of the returned items that can be exchanged on our website without expiration date, no economic refund will be made.
  • When you want to make a return on an order with promotion or discount, the voucher will be subjected to the promotion or discount amount

BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We take extensive care in making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. In the event that a defective, damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us as soon as possible via info@momentsjewellery.eu within 24 hours.

We offer the following solutions (*):

  • Exchange the product for a new one.
  • In case the product is out of stock, exchange it for a product of the same amount.
  • Refund the total amount of the product through a voucher without expiration date.
